Raul Barrios Fern\u00e1ndez-Concha<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

President CCL (2026 \u2013 2027)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Ra\u00fal Barrios has an outstanding track record in the legal, business, and institutional fields. He currently serves as past president and vice president of the Construction and Engineering Guild, as well as president of the CCL's Government Contracting Commission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is a lawyer from Universidad de Lima and holds specialized studies in senior business management from Universidad del Pac\u00edfico and the Graduate School of Business Administration (ESAN).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Professionally, he is the senior partner at Barrios & Fuentes Abogados \u2013 BAFUR, and has solid experience in commercial law, business management, and public procurement. He has also chaired the boards of Scania del Per\u00fa, Integral Consultores, Compa\u00f1\u00eda Americana de Construcci\u00f3n y Equipamiento, and Medarq, and has served as vice president of Lidercon Per\u00fa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Institutionally, he has held various positions at the Lima Chamber of Commerce, including member of the Board of Directors, treasurer, director, and vice president for two terms. He has also served as president of the Ecuadorian Chamber of Commerce in Peru and vice president of the Peruvian-Paraguayan Chamber.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is also a member of the National Registry of Arbitrators at the arbitration centers of the American Chamber of Commerce and the CCL, reinforcing his solid experience in dispute resolution mechanisms and his commitment to strengthening institutions and legal certainty.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
