Raul Barrios Fern\u00e1ndez-Concha<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

President CCL (2026 \u2013 2027)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

Raul Barrios has an outstanding track record in the field of law, business, and institutional. Currently, he serves as past president and vice-president of the Guild of Construction and Engineering, as well as the president of the Commission of Contracting with the State of the CCL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He is a lawyer at the University of Lima and studies of expertise in senior management business at Pacific University and the School of Business Administration for Graduates (ESAN).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the professional field, is the main partner of the Study Barrios & Fuentes Abogados \u2013 BAFUR, and has solid experience in business law, business management and public procurement. In addition, he has chaired the directories of Scania del Per\u00fa, Comprehensive, Consultants, American Company of Construction and Equipment and Medarq, and has served as vice president of Lidercon Peru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the institutional level, he has held various positions at the Chamber of Commerce of Lima, where he has been a member of the Board of Directors, treasurer, director and vice president in the two periods. It has also exercised the presidency of the Chamber of Commerce of Ecuador in Peru and the vice-president of the Chamber Peruvian and Paraguayan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is, moreover, a member of the National Registry of Arbitrators of the arbitration centres of the American Chamber of Commerce and of the CCL, which strengthens its solid experience in dispute resolution mechanisms and their commitment to strengthening the institutional framework and legal certainty.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
