Information about the installation of the Lima Chamber of Commerce's Election Committee for the institutional elections process. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n

With the goal of organizing, coordinating, and overseeing the election process and candidacies, as well as ensuring the transparency of the process, the Lima Chamber of Commerce (CCL) Election Committee was installed last Thursday, February 19th. The Committee is chaired by Mr. Pedro Tomatis Chiappe and includes Mr. Roberto Hoyle MC Callum, Mrs. Cecilia Aspauza Rodr\u00edguez Pastor de Garc\u00eda, Mr. Ricardo Alc\u00e1zar Viacava, Mr. Carlos Alberto Alvarado Cerro, Mr. Eduardo Escard\u00f3 de la Fuente, Mrs. Lucrecia Linares Zaferson de Perales, and Mrs. Dolores Guevara Pasache de Lavalle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The general election of the CCL will be held next Wednesday April 15<\/strong>; while the electoral processes for the CCL's Guild Committees will take place between 01 and 10 April<\/strong> in collaboration with all partners.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Any associate who is applying to a position on the Board of Directors shall meet the following requirements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
\n
\n

<\/i> Minimum:<\/strong> 2 years as an associate (natural person) or the associated company is 2 years old and the representative is a Director, Manager or Attorney with at least 6 months on the job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/i> Proposal<\/strong> of at least 3 partners in the same category with 2 years of seniority, different from the company to the candidate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/i> Payments Up to Date:<\/strong> Candidates and nominators must be current in their dues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/i> Not have outstanding coercive debts, convictions for intentional crimes, or disqualification from contracting with the State<\/strong> or refusal to enforce an arbitral award.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\n

<\/i> Not have been excluded from a business organization<\/strong> or have ongoing bankruptcy proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/i> Not present background negative<\/strong> in the National Registry of Protests and Arrears or Credit Risk Bureaus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/i> Not have equity, employment, or family ties<\/strong> (up to second degree of consanguinity and the first degree of affinity) with their proponents.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
