Information about the installation of the Election Committee of the Chamber of Commerce of Lima to the process of institutional choices. <\/p><\/div>\n\n\n

With the goal of organizing, coordinating, and monitoring the election process, and applications, as well as to ensure the transparency of the process, the 19th of February last was installed by the Electoral Committee of the Chamber of Commerce of Lima (CCL). The Committee is chaired by mr. Peter Tomatis Chiappe and integrate the lords Roberto Hoyle MC Callum, Cecilia Aspauza Rodriguez Pastor Garc\u00eda, Ricardo Alcazar Viacava, Carlos Alberto Alvarado Hill, Eduardo Escard\u00f3 of the Source, Lucrecia Linares Zaferson Pear and Dolores Guevara Pasache of Lavalle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/i><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The general election of the CCL will be held next Wednesday April 15<\/strong>; in both the electoral processes of the Committees Union of the CCL will be made between the 01 and 10 April<\/strong> in collaboration with all partners.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Any associate who is applying to a position on the Board of Directors shall meet the following requirements:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
\n\n\n\n
\n
\n

<\/i> Minimum:<\/strong> 2 years as an associate (natural person) or the associated company is 2 years old and the representative is a Director, Manager or Attorney with at least 6 months on the job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/i> Proposal<\/strong> of at least 3 partners in the same category with 2 years of seniority, different from the company to the candidate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/i> Payments per day:<\/strong> Candidates and nominators must be current in their dues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/i> Not have debts coercive, convictions for intentional crime, disqualifications, to contract with the State<\/strong> or refusal to enforce an arbitral award.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

\n

<\/i> Not have been excluded from a business organization<\/strong> or have bankruptcy proceedings, current.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/i> Not present background negative<\/strong> on the National Register of protest draft and Berries or Plants of Risk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/i> Not have links stock, work, or family<\/strong> (up to second degree of consanguinity and the first degree of affinity) with their proponents.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
