The Unique Registration Certificate (CUR), or Certificate of No Outstanding Debt, is the official document issued by the National Registry of Protests and Arrears (RNPM) that certifies your credit standing and/or that of third parties, whether individuals or companies, with respect to protests and arrears on negotiable instruments.
Types of CUR
- Negative CUR: Certifies that you have no record of unpaid, protested, or delinquent negotiable instruments.
- Settlement CUR: Certifies that you previously had protested and/or delinquent documents, but that these have since been settled, demonstrating your compliance with your financial commitments.
- CUR Annotations: Provides details of the documents currently recorded as protested and/or delinquent in the system.

Requirements to request the CUR
- Present the applicant's valid ID (DNI).
- Payment for the rights of the service according to the tariff in force.
- The issuance and delivery of the CUR is immediate.
- It may be requested by a third party by presenting only their ID (no power of attorney required).
