Presentation
The CCL Certification Center issues documents to companies involved in foreign trade, to facilitate their business and the internationalization of goods. In addition to being the main issuer of Certificates of Origin at the national level.
A commercial document that grants goods exported from our country exemption from tariff payment in the destination country, under the trade agreements currently in force. The CCL is the main entity authorized by MINCETUR to issue this document through the Foreign Trade Single Window (VUCE). The exporter must request the certificate each time they export to a country with which we have a trade agreement.

1. What trade agreements do not issue certificate of origin by means of the VUCE?
The trade agreements that work under the system of self-certification are issued only by the same exporter; therefore, not required to be certified by a certifying entity. Agreements under this modality are: united States, Canada, South Korea, Australia and CPTPP (Treaty Comprehensive and Progressive trans-Pacific Partnership).
2. What is the price for the processing of the certificate of origin issued through the VUCE?
The processing fee for the Certificate of Origin is S/ 47,44 including VAT. This value is set by the MINCETUR.
3. What payment methods are there?
You can make the payment of the certifications for cash or credit. If it is in cash, you may be in cash, by deposit account, bank transfer or cheque. For the benefit of payment on credit, it is necessary to have a line of credit approved.
4. How can I access a line of credit in the processing of certifications?
As an exporter associated with the CCL, you have the benefit of accessing a line of credit, subject to evaluation, by submitting the Credit Application Form. Within a few days you will know the assigned credit limit and can immediately use it for all procedures at the Certification Center.
