Diagnosis free online level of Compliance regulatory anti-Corruption for companies associated with the CCL.
The CCL's Integrity and Anti-Corruption Commission and Spain's World Compliance Association, in strategic alliance, are promoting the use of good practices and/or models for crime prevention within our member companies — a matter regulated by Law 30424, the "Law on the Administrative Liability of Legal Entities." With the goal of helping your company prevent the occurrence of the offenses outlined in the law, and to serve as a mitigating factor or exemption from administrative and criminal liability should they occur, we invite you to take a "free online Compliance assessment" (Anti-Corruption Compliance); the survey will let us know your level of compliance with Law 30424 and allow us to support you with guidance, in-person or in-house training, technical assistance, and certification of your anti-corruption system, should you find it appropriate.
