1. Who can access the service of legal counsel of the CCL?
The service is available only to active members of the Lima Chamber of Commerce. If you are not yet a member, you can join in easily and access all our benefits, legal, business, and labor.
2. What kind of query can I do?
We provide guidance on business, labor, tax, corporate, civil, and administrative law. We also handle inquiries about current regulations and procedures with government agencies.
Is there an additional cost for members to access this advice?
No. Preventive legal advice is a free benefit included in CCL membership.
Can I receive legal assistance virtually?
Yes. We offer in-person, phone, email, and virtual advisory services. This way, members can receive guidance from anywhere in the country.
How long does it take to respond to an inquiry?
Virtual and email inquiries are answered within a maximum of 48 business hours. In the case of in-person service, schedules are coordinated in advance based on availability.
