Minimum: 2 years as an associate (natural person) or the associated company is 2 years old and the representative is a Director, Manager or Attorney with at least 6 months on the job.

Proposal of at least 3 partners in the same category with 2 years of seniority, different from the company to the candidate.

Payments Up to Date: Candidates and nominators must be current in their dues.

Not have outstanding coercive debts, convictions for intentional crimes, or disqualification from contracting with the State or refusal to enforce an arbitral award.

Not have been excluded from a business organization or have ongoing bankruptcy proceedings.

Not present background negative in the National Registry of Protests and Arrears or Credit Risk Bureaus.

Not have equity, employment, or family ties (up to second degree of consanguinity and the first degree of affinity) with their proponents.
