Requirements for the Securitization of Electronic Invoices
- Creditor's RUC registration record.
- Copy of the identity card of the legal representative.
- Electronic invoice in PDF format and XML.
- Data form duly completed.
- Payment for processing fee: S/ 105 per invoice.
- Invoices must not be more than 3 years past due.
Simple process and agile
- Registration of the invoice in CAVALI's Factrack platform
- Automated communication to the debtor (within 8 business days to respond)
- If there is no response, the Certificate of Registration and Ownership is issued
- Issuance of executive merit for judicial collection proceedings (if applicable)
- Possible publication in the National Registry of Protests and Arrears
