As stated in paragraph 7.3 of Article 7 of Supreme Decree No. 003-2019-EF, please be advised that the Lima Chamber of Commerce has taken reasonable steps to obtain information on its Ultimate Beneficial Owner, considering ownership and control criteria.

However, given our institution's legal nature as a non-profit civil association of a guild type, it has not been possible to identify an Ultimate Beneficial Owner, since no natural person qualifies as such under the criteria indicated.

Accordingly, it has been considered as final beneficiaries to natural persons who occupy the senior administrative capacity in the institution: Board of Directors and General Management.
