The Guilds are governing bodies of the Lima Chamber of Commerce made up of members who share the same line of business, as determined by the Board of Directors. Each year, in the first half of April, they elect their Boards of Directors and follow regulations aligned with the CCL's purposes and bylaws.

The president of each guild —or their qualified hierarchical replacement— represents it on the Board of Directors. Members can belong to multiple guilds if they participate in different activities.

The CCL has a maximum of 16 guilds; new requests are channeled through Sectors (Sub-Committees) linked to a related guild, which are represented on the Board of Directors through the president or representative of the guild that hosts them.
